Your offer and target customer, the leads and emails Kamata prepares, mailboxes and tools you connect, and replies. Tokens and API keys you give us are encrypted at rest and never logged.

Imported lists stay in your workspace. They are never added to shared data or used for another customer.

Business contact details (name, title, work email) and the public signal behind each lead: job posts, SEC filings, government contracts and news, each with its source link.

If you install our snippet, it uses a first-party cookie, honors Global Privacy Control and skips bots. A company matched by IP is shown as inferred, never as measured. You must show a tracking notice on your site; we supply the wording.

Emails carry no open-tracking pixel. Every email has your physical address and an opt-out line, and opt-outs are honored everywhere.

We don’t sell or share your data. You can export it anytime.

Every vendor is listed on our subprocessors page, with what it does and when it runs.

Anyone can ask us to delete their data (CCPA/GDPR) with the deletion request form.
