Anti-spam policy
The sending rules are built in. You can lower them; you can’t switch them off.
Only real reasons to write
Every lead comes from a dated public signal with its source link, fits your target, and has a verified email. No company is emailed twice by one workspace within 90 days.
Slow ramp, firm caps
A new mailbox starts at 5 emails a day and ramps up over 14 days. Caps: 25 a day on your main domain, 40 on a secondary domain.
Sending window
Weekdays, business hours in the prospect’s time zone, with random spacing between emails.
Stops on its own
Any reply, bounce, unsubscribe or exclusion stops that lead. A mailbox pauses above a 2% bounce rate or on any spam complaint.
In every email
Your physical address, a plain opt-out line and a List-Unsubscribe header. No open-tracking pixel.
Opt-outs are permanent
An unsubscribe goes on your workspace’s suppression list and ours, and is never emailed again.
